Our Family Story

Since 2002, the restaurant has been owned and operated by the Rodriguez family. What began with Luis Sr. and Margarita grew as their children stepped in, strengthening the family foundation. Each generation contributed time and effort, shaping the restaurant into a shared responsibility built on trust, teamwork, and long-standing commitment.

Learning Through Experience

Years in the kitchen shaped the menu through direct learning from skilled cooks representing different regions of Mexico. Knowledge gained from coastal seafood traditions and inland cooking styles brought depth and variety to the dishes. This hands-on experience continues to guide preparation, ensuring consistency while honoring techniques learned over time.
